Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, planning, Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing, international suppliers, castings, machine shops, fabrication, and quality control. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

Manage relationships with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components

Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand

Implement JIT manufacturing principles to minimize inventory levels and improve lead times

Work closely with engineering and quality control teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications

Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience with ERP systems, planning, JIT manufacturing, international suppliers, castings, machine shops, fabrication, and quality control

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
